Our Products

​We focus on sourcing the best naturally farmed Cambodian cashews available. The uniform ebony color and large size are a staple of our quality nuts. After a slow sun drying process, we free the cashew kernels from their shell and let them steam gently, so that the pure Cambodian cashew flavor can evolve, which has sweet notes and undertones of vanilla. Our creamy cashews are rich in vital nutrients such as iron, zinc and magnesium as well as vitamins B, E, and K. Further, they are a very good source of healthy unsaturated fats. Cashew types

Wholes

Our whole cashew nuts are smooth and crisp to bite, even though they are not roasted and no oil is added. The crispness is a sign of superior quality and proper handling of the kernels. Colour Characteristics: White/pale ivory/light ash Characteristic shape Moisture rate: 5% Broken rate: 5%

Skin

Cashew nuts with the skin (testa) intact are superior in quality and provide increased nutrition, as it is for instance rich in dietary fibers.

Pieces

For some purposes, halved or whole cashew kernels are not needed. Therefore we also offer splits that can be used for baking or making cashew butter.

We Save You Time, Money, and Space
All our natural Cambodian cashews are vacuum packed. In consequence, they stay fresh the longest and although they are not roasted, you will be surprised by the crunch they maintain when packaged this way. The shipment takes between 25 and 30 days after receiving the customer’s deposit.

We offer large packaging in the sizes:

• 20 kg

And small packages in the sizes:

• 100 g
• 200 g
